Creating & Managing Your Profile |
To create a profile, simply click 'Sign Up' located on the homepage. Once you have completed the sign up information, you will receive a verification email. Once your email address has been verified you will be able to start uploading videos.
You can edit your profile by logging into your account and clicking on 'Edit Profile' on the homepage. Keeping a complete and up-to-date profile will give you the best chance to get discovered on ScoutVision. Tell us who you are, upload a picture, and start showing the world your highlights today!
| How To Upload A Video |
To upload a video to ScoutVision, click the upload button located on the homepage. Give the video you are uploading a good title and informative description, and set appropriate tags so that your video can be found easier. Once you have finished describing your video, simply select the sports channel that the video relates to, click next to browse for and select your video file, and begin uploading.

ScoutVision can accept almost any video format for upload, but for most users we have found the following settings give the best results. |
• Video Format: MPEG-2 or MPEG-4 preferred |
• Aspect Ratio: Native aspect ratio without letterboxing (examples: 4:3, 16:9) |
• Resolution: 640x360 (16:9) or 480x360 (4:3) recommended |
• Audio Format: MP3 or AAC preferred |
• Frames per second: 30 |
• Maximum length: 10 minutes (we recommend 2-3 minutes) |
• Maximum file size: 1 GB |

ScoutVision is a free tool that will help you find new talent easier. By utilizing our 'Search Athletes' page you can search for athletes anywhere in the world.
You can also use ScoutVision to give your current athletes the exposure that they need to get to the next level. Use the ScoutVision 'Groups' page to create a group for your team/organization, and upload your videos to the group so that the world can see what you are doing. |
